SQF Level 2 Certification
We are extremely proud to have achieved Level 2 status with the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Institute. The SQF Institute is recognized worldwide by retailers and food service providers alike as one of the most rigorous and credible food safety management systems.
Our Level 2 status means that we hold a certified Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) food safety plan that is benchmarked by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). This certification includes a quality certification component as well that stands as a testament to our vision of providing the highest quality food to our clients and their customers.
Entrepreneur's annual Franchise 500® list ranks the top 500 franchise companies based on financial and statistical data. And we're proud to be on that list. We currently have franchises in 39 states, the District of Columbia, the Territory of Guam, and on U.S. military bases in four foreign countries.
We recently received a gold medal for our Reduced Sodium Mozzarella from the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association. We have also received several CSP Retailer Choice Awards (2011, 2012) and a Wilson Farms Supplier of Excellence award.
Our facilities are regularly inspected by the U.S. Department of Defense as part of the food service program we have with them. We provide global support for all of our overseas locations, including military bases in Bahrain, Yokosuka, Guam, and Pusan.
